1. Pet Health & Medical Emergencies:

All pets must be in good health, free from contagious diseases, and parasites. If you suspect your reptile has any health issues, please see your vet before arriving at our facility.

While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, unforeseen incidents or medical emergencies may occur. In such cases, we will contact you or your designated emergency contact immediately. If necessary, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

2. Pet Behaviour:

We accept pets with varying temperaments and personalities. However, owners must disclose any known behavioural issues (e.g., aggression, anxiety, escape tendencies) to ensure the safety of all pets and handlers.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet poses a risk to our team, other pets, or itself.

3. Liability:

While we provide a secure environment and diligent care, Kim’s Reptile Retreat, Reptile Boarding is not responsible for loss, illness, injury, or death resulting from unforeseeable events, natural disasters, or pre-existing health conditions.

Pet owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pet to property, other pets, or individuals.

4. Boarding Conditions:

For reptile boarding, we ensure proper care, including clean enclosures, controlled temperatures, UV lighting, and appropriate diets. However, pet owners must provide any specific dietary or medical instructions prior to boarding.

All reptiles are boarded at the owner’s risk.
