What We Do
Are you struggling to get your pet to and from this boarding facility? Whether you’re unwell, in hospital, have no transport, or simply need assistance, At Kim’s Purfect Pets in Burwell, Cambridge, this Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service is here to help you!
How We Work
If your pet is boarding with us and you live within a 3-mile radius, we’ll collect them from your home at the start of their stay and safely return them when their boarding ends.
With a charge £0.45 per mile for fuel, plus a small service fee for added time. Get in touch to arrange your pet’s hassle-free journey!
Our Simple 4-Step Process
1. Enquiry
Submit our online form, or get in touch by phone/email. I'll get back to you within 2 hours to answer your questions.
2. Come meet us
We’ll arrange a time for you to meet us and see where your pet will be staying. You can then see the set-up and discuss care needs.
3. Confirmation.
Review and complete our T&Cs, then secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
4. Boarding
When Drop-off's begin, I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages.
Pricing
Reptile Boarding
- Starting from £9.50 per day
- Crested Geckos: From £9.50 per day
- Tortoises: From £10.50 per day
- Leopard Geckos: From £12.50 per day
- Bearded Dragons: From £12.50 per day
- Small Snakes: From £12.50 per day
- Solitary Care Guarantee: All reptiles are housed individually in their own species-appropriate setups for their safety and well-being.
- Young Tortoises: For two juvenile tortoises sharing a setup, there is an additional + £5.00/day charge (£5.50/day from Jan 2027).
- Notice on 2027 Rates: A small adjustment of 50p per day will apply to select bookings starting 1st January 2027.

Prices may vary depending on whether reptiles share an enclosure or need separate spaces, their size, species, and any special care requirements.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service
Service fee £12.00 + fuel (within 15 miles)
We offer a convenient collection and drop-off service for customers living within a 15-mile radius of our boarding facility.
Transport is charged at £0.50 per mile to cover fuel, plus a small service fee of £12.00 to cover staff time.
